Rob Atkinson – Founder and MD
Rob is the founder of Sauce Legal. He is a lawyer with 20+ years of experience, with a focus on hospitality. Rob is a franchising expert and has a wealth of experience dealing with some of the world's best franchised businesses, having cut his teeth with Pepsi in a global role. He acted on all legals relating to the global expansion of Marco Pierre White restaurants, from 11 to 47 sites. He also deals with Hotel Management Agreements on a regular basis and has dealt with most major hotel brands (Hilton, IHG, Accor etc). He also supports businesses in cost-cutting projects, helping to improve the bottom line.
